本科毕业设计(论文) 题目：径向嵌套式双离合器的设计 PAGE PAGE IV 径向嵌套式双离合器的设计 摘 要 双离合器自动变速器（DCT）在二十世纪九十年代末期兴起于欧洲，是继液力机械式自动变速器(AT)、电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)和无级自动变速器(CVT)之后的又一种新型的自动变速器。双离合器自动变速器由电控机械式自动变速器发展而来，继承了手动变速器的许多优点，而且具有良好的起步换档和燃油经济性能而得到迅速的发展。双离合器自动变速器的研究在国内才刚刚起步，然而由于其具有优良的性能以及对现有生产设备很好的继承性而受到了极大的重视，具有良好的发展前景。 本文从双离合器自动变速器的结构出发，系统全面的分析了其结构和工作原理，并制定了一套结构和尺寸的设计原则与方法，主要做了以下几方面的工作：分析了双离合器自动变速器系统的结构和工作原理， 对双离合器自动变速器不同的结构型式进行了详细的分析和比较，得到了他们各自的结构特点、工作原理和使用原则。分别分析了湿式双离合器的结构特点，提出了两种典型湿式双离合器摩擦副材料，摩擦表面尺寸以及三种双输入轴自动变速器传动比、中心距、齿轮参数和轴的结构尺寸等设计计算方法，并对湿式双离合器起步时的产生的摩滑功进行了理论上的推导。 关键词：径向嵌套式；双离合器自动变速器；湿式双离合器；设计方法 Radial Nested Dual Clutch Design Abstract TDual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT) in the late 1990s, the rise in Europe, is the second hydromechanical automatic transmission (AT), electronically controlled automatic mechanical transmission (AMT) and stepless automatic transmission (CVT) after a new type of automatic transmission. Dual-clutch automatic transmission and the rapid development of electronically controlled automatic mechanical transmission evolved, inherited many of the advantages of a manual transmission, and has a good start shifting and fuel economy performance. Research dual-clutch automatic transmission in the country has just started, but because of its excellent performance and good for the existing production equipment and inheritance received great attention, with good prospects for development.
