中小企业管理与科技 Management Technology of SME 新形势下大型国有控股集团转型发展路径浅析 ——— 以华润集团 多元化 战略为例 Analysis of the Transformation and Development Paths of Large State-Owned Holding Groups Under the New Situation ———Taking the Diversification Strategy of China Resources Group as an Example 徐斌毅 (物产中大云商有限公司 ,杭州 310019) XU Bin-yi (Wuchan Zhongda Commerce Co., Ltd., Hangzhou 310019, China) 【摘 要 】华润集 团在 实业化转型后期 ,受到 内外部双重 因素的影响,提出并 实施了产业化转型 ,即华润集 团的多元化战略 。华润集 团 经过收购布局 多个产业,并通过制度建设管控各子公司 ,旗下公司业绩增长明显。论文对华润集 团多元化战略的实施背景、实施路 径、存在问题等进行研究论述 ,分析华润集 团在 多元化转型发展道路上的得与失,对我 国传统大型 国有集 团企业打造新竞争优势、推 进 高质量发展具有一定的借鉴意义。 【Abstract 】In the late stage of industrialization transformation, influenced by internal and external factors, China Resources Group proposed and implemented industrialization transformation, that is, the diversification strategy of China Resources Group. Through the acquisition and layout of multiple industries and the control of subsidiaries through system construction, the performance of companies under China Resources Group has increased significantly. This paper studies and discusses the implementation background, implementation paths and existing problems of China Resources Groups diversification strategy, and analyzes the gains and losses of China Resources Group on the road of diversified transformation and development, which has a certain reference significance for Chinas traditional large state-owned group enterprises to create new competitive advantages and promote high quality development. 【关键词 】华润集 团;多元化;产业;资本 【 】 Keywords China Resources Group; diversification; industry; capital 【中图分类
