2011 年第 6 期 科技管理研究 2011 No. 6 Science and Technology Management Research 文章编号: 1000 － 7695 ( 2011) 06 － 0116 － 04 关于国有粮贸集 团多元化战略的反思——— 以 A 集 团为例 谢超强 ，吕文元 ( 上海理工大学管理学院，上海 200090) 摘要: 三十 多年来，A 集 团改革创新 ，不断探索 ，进行 了一系列 多元化 经营的探索 和 实践 ， 已经从 单纯 的粮油 贸易公司发展为集 国内外贸易、实业、金融 、房地产开发于一体 的多元化 集 团，取得 了一定的成绩 ，为国有资 产的保值增值做 出了贡献 。然而，在集 团多元化高速发展的同 时，也暴露 出了一些 问题 。通过对 A 集 团多元化 战略进行案例研究 ，重点剖析其存在 的问题 ，并提供 一 些建议 ，引发对 构建多元化 战略 的思考 ，力求对我 国国 有粮 贸企业制定和 实施 多元化战略有所启示 。 关键词: 多元化战略; 粮 贸企业; 国有企业 中图分类号: F27 1 文献标识码: A Diversification Strategy on the State － grain Trade Group Reflection—Case Study of A Group XIE Chaoqiang ，LV Wenyuan ( College of Management ，University of Shanghai for Science and Technology ，Shanghai 200090 ，China Abstract: Since thirty － four years ，A Grain Trade Group has moved from pure grain and oil trading company to set domes- tic and foreign trade ，industry ，finance ，real estate development in one diversified group ，and has made some achievements and increased the value of state － owned assets through reforming ，innovating and continuing to explore a series of diversi- fied practice． However ，the rapid development of group diversity ，it exposed some problems． Based on the case study of the Group ’s diversification strategy ，the paper focuses on analyzing the existing problems and providing some suggestions ， leading to the thoughts on the construction of diversification strategy ，hoping to have implications for the state － owned en- terprises to develop and implement diversification strategy． Key words: diversification; grain and oil trading enterprise; s
