少数民族地区戒毒人员回归社会的思考 ——以德宏州芒市镇为例 【摘要】少数民族地区毒品泛滥已经成为社会最为严重的公害之一，吸毒戒断巩固难、复吸率高是一个世界性难题。如何为少数民族地区的特殊吸毒人群提供良好的戒毒环境，帮助他们回归家庭，顺利融入社会，成为戒毒工作中需要不断探讨的问题。近年来，卢德宏州镇一直在摸索吸毒人员回归社会后的管理政策和措施，但效果不佳，不能从根本上解决吸毒人员的复吸问题，不太可能使吸毒人员恢复其社会功能，因此，研究当前德宏州卢姆镇吸毒人员回归社会的路径具有十分重要的理论和实践价值。本文从德宏州芒市镇现阶段戒毒人员的现状等方面着手进行研究分析，论述德宏州芒市镇戒毒人员在其离开戒毒所后真正回归至社会的生存情况以及面临的问题分析，而后结合德宏州芒市镇实际情况对戒毒人员在回归至社会后采取的相关措施进行分析总结，并提出相关优化建议，以期在实践中能为德宏州芒市镇吸毒人员回归社会更好的发展提供可能的思考路径。 【关键字】戒毒，复吸，回归社会，生存发展  【Abstract】Drug abuse in minority areas has become one of the most serious public hazards in society. How to provide a good environment for drug rehabilitation for the special group of drug addicts in ethnic minority areas, and help them to smoothly return to their families and integrate into the society has become a problem that needs to be constantly explored in drug rehabilitation work. In recent years, lum dehong prefecture town have been groping for policies and measures for the administration of addicts upon their return to society, but did not get good effect, can not fundamentally solve the problem of relapse, less likely to make drug addicts to restore its social function, therefore, the research on the current drug addicts lum dehong prefecture town the path of return to society has very important theoretical and practical value. This article from dehong prefecture of the current condition of the addicts of luxi city town through analyzing the aspects such as, lum dehong prefecture town is discussed on its addicts after leaving rehab really return to societys survival situation and problem analysis, and then in combination with the practical situation of lum dehong prefecture town of addicts after return to society to take relevant measures to analysis summary, and put forward the relevant optimization advice, in order to in practice for drug addicts lum dehong prefecture town return to society better development to provide possible thinking path. 【Key words】Detoxification, Relapse, Regression society, Survival and development
