PAGE PAGE IV 社区老年人养老服务需求研究 摘要 我国已经进入人口老龄化快速发展阶段，养老问题异常严峻。社区养老服务供给过程中，政府往往根据养老服务资源的数量以及养老服务的供给能力的大小自上而下的提供养老服务，不以老年人的需求为导向。这使得我国的社区养老服务水平较低。智慧社区的建设改变了社区养老各层次需求的供给方式。此外，智慧社区的建设使得社区养老服务转变了供给理念、供给形式、供给效率与质量。本文以河南商丘市翠苑街道为例对智慧社区养老服务的供给进行探究。通过对智慧社区养老服务供给的现状，了解现实存在问题，进而提出符合我国智慧社区养老服务需求现状、实际效用的对策建议。 关键词：需求；服务；社区养老  ABSTRACT China has entered the rapid development of population aging stage, pension problems are extremely grim. Community care services in the process of supply, the government is often based on the number of pension services and the provision of pension services, the size of the top-down provision of pension services, not to the needs of the elderly-oriented. Which makes our countrys low level of community care services. The construction of the wisdom community has changed the supply mode of the community at all levels. In addition, the construction of the wisdom community makes the community pension service changed the supply concept, supply form, supply efficiency and quality. This paper takes the Tsui Court Street in Shangqiu City, Henan Province as an example to explore the supply of the old - age service in the wisdom community. Through the present situation of the supply of the old-age service of the wisdom community, we can understand the existing problems, and then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to meet the status quo and actual utility of the wisdom community service demand in our country.
