PAGE PAGE I 老年人医疗养老服务需求的对策探析 ——以贵阳市观山湖区会展社区为例 摘要 在人口老龄化的社会背景下，养老服务社会化发展是必然趋势。在社会化养老模式中，家庭养老符合我国人口基数大、家庭结构小的基本国情。在人口老龄化已成为当今普遍趋势的背景下，老年人养老金问题尤为突出。受传统养老观念的影响和生产力水平的制约，家庭在养老过程中仍发挥着主导作用，家庭养老仍然是城市养老的主要方式。本课题以贵阳市关山湖区展区老年人的医疗、养老服务需求为研究对象。通过问卷调查的形式，调查60岁及以上老年人的医疗和养老需要。以便对其进行相关的对策探讨。 关键词：社区居家；医疗；养老；服务需求；贵阳市观山湖区会展社区 Analysis on the demand of medical and old-age care services for the elderly -- taking the exhibition community in guanshanhu district of guiyang city as an example Abstract Under the social background of population aging, the socialized development of old-age care service is an inevitable trend, and in the mode of socialized old-age care, home-based old-age care conforms to the basic national conditions of large population base and small family structure in China. In the aging of the population has become a general trend today, the elderly pension problem is particularly prominent. Influenced by the traditional concept of supporting the aged and restricted by the level of productivity in China, the family plays a leading role in the process of supporting the aged. This project takes the medical and old-age care needs of the elderly in the exhibition community of guanshanhu district of guiyang city as the research object, and investigates the needs of the elderly aged 60 and above for medical and old-age care services through the form of questionnaire. Thus carries on the pointed countermeasure discussion to it.
