第 第 PAGE I页 乡村旅游民宿管理研究 ——以乌镇为例 内容摘要 随着经济发展消费升级的推进，都市人越来越向往田园生活，乡村旅游持续升温。在这样的形势下，民宿犹如雨后春笋一样迅速兴起并不断发展，引发“民宿热”。本论文通过对乌镇民宿的研究分析，探讨如何在乡村环境中营造出别有韵味的民宿，同时分析民宿建设成功的经验和失败的教训，并给出合理化建议。本文将结合本人对中国民宿发展的调查和研究展开叙述，共六部分。第一部分为绪论，主要论述了“民宿热”的大背景下，民宿管理的目的和意义，并对国内外民宿发展的研究现状进行论述。第二部分为界定了相关的概念。第三部分是乌镇民宿管理现状和存在的问题，通过对乌镇地区的民宿进行详细的现状分析，并提出其管理中存在的问题。第四部分，立足于案例研究，针对其存在的问题，提出民宿管理的对策。分别从制定标准，规范管理；完善整体环境配套；政府及其他部门加强监管力度等方面入手，制定具体的策略解决案例分析中出现的具体问题，给民宿建设提出一条新思路。第五部分，论文的研究总结与展望。 关键词 乌镇；民宿管理；乡村旅游 第 第 PAGE II页 ABSTRACT With the promotion of economic development and consumption upgrading, urban people increasingly yearn for pastoral life, and rural tourism continues to heat up. In such a situation, residential accommodation is springing up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain and developing constantly, which triggers the residential fever. Through the research and analysis of Wuzhen residential quarters, this paper explores how to create a unique charm of residential quarters in the rural environment, and analyses the successful experience and failure lessons of residential quarters construction, and gives reasonable suggestions. This article will be combined with my investigation and Research on the development of Chinese residential quarters, a total of six parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly discusses the purpose and significance of the management of residential accommodation under the background of residential fever， and the current situation of the development of residential accommodation at home and abroad. The second part defines the relevant concepts. The third part is about the current situation and problems of Wuzhen residential management, through a detailed analysis of the current situation of Wuzhen residential areas, and put forward the problems in its management.
