Based on the theory of industrial convergence， the study probes into the era meaning of rural industrial integration development ， analyzes the present situation and problems of rural industry integration in Yunnan. Putforward the development strategies from 3 dimensions of government， financial institutions and farmers. Strengthening the management policy of local financial support for agriculture ， increasing the supply of financial institutions to rural financial products， improving the endogenous motivation of farmers and optimizing asset allocation can promote the realization of the rural industri­ al integration.
