新升本科院校科研功能与发展定位研究——以广西H学院为个案的中期报告 摘要： 本文通过对广西H学院进行实地调研和数据分析，分析了其科研功能和发展定位的现状和问题，提出了相应的对策和建议。在研究中，我们发现，广西H学院的科研能力和创新水平相对较弱，主要存在以下问题：科研团队规模较小，科研经费相对不足，科研硬件设施落后，科研人才缺乏国际化视野和创新意识等。针对这些问题，我们提出了一些具体的对策和建议，包括增加科研经费投入，提高科研人才国际化水平，加强科研团队建设，落实科研工作责任制等，旨在促进广西H学院科研功能和发展定位的提升。 关键词：科研功能；发展定位；广西H学院 Abstract: This article analyzes the current situation and problems of scientific research function and development positioning of Guangxi H College through field research and data analysis, and puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions. In the study, we found that the scientific research ability and innovation level of Guangxi H College are relatively weak, mainly due to the small size of scientific research teams, insufficient scientific research funds, outdated scientific research hardware facilities, lack of international perspective and innovative consciousness of scientific research talents, etc. To address these problems, we propose some specific strategies and suggestions, including increasing investment in scientific research funds, improving the internationalization level of scientific research personnel, strengthening the construction of scientific research teams, implementing scientific research work responsibilities, etc., aiming at promoting the improvement of scientific research function and development positioning of Guangxi H College.
