齐齐哈尔大学毕业设计（论文） 摘 要 我国对药品进口及流通有严格的监管，如进口注册、检验、经营企业资质限定等，存在问题较少。但是药品出口，我国采取的是进口国监管的原则，因此存在一些问题。中投顾问医药行业研究员郭凡礼指出，我国绝大部分药品企业为中小企业，在这样的背景下如何更好的开展医药保健品的国际贸易非常有难度，技术性贸易壁垒(Technical Barrier to Trade,TBT)作为一种既具有合理性又具有歧视性和隐蔽性强大的非关税壁垒,已经成为我国药品出口贸易的巨大的障碍。在研究药品有关TBT的特点的基础上,详细地论述了我国制药企业如何利用合理的措施冲破国外的技术性贸易壁垒以保护出口市场,增加药品出口。 关键词： 医药保健品；国际贸易；贸易壁垒； Abstract China has strict supervision over the import and circulation of drugs, such as import registration, inspection, qualification of operating enterprises, etc., there are fewer problems.
