铜仁市石阡县旅游扶贫研究 ——以石阡县尧上仡佬族文化村为例 摘要：长期以来，为了甩掉贫困帽，我国积极采取多项举措消除贫困问题。而作为朝阳产业，旅游业在我国扶贫开发中发挥了无可替代的重大作用，成为推动区域经济发展的一种有效法宝。贵州，是我国贫困人口最多、贫困面最大、贫困程度最深的省份。本文通过介绍旅游扶贫的作用、意义，说明在我国贫困地区开发旅游对于扶贫工作的重要性，根据国内外专家学者研究的成果，结合旅游扶贫相关理论，采用文献综述法、调查研究法和归纳分析法等方法对石阡县尧上仡佬族文化村旅游扶贫开发进行调查分析。通过对石阡县尧上仡佬族文化村旅游扶贫开发现状及存在问题的调查和分析，总结出旅游扶贫开发的规律，提出了一些具有针对性和有效性的对策和建议。 关键词：旅游；旅游扶贫；石阡县尧上仡佬族文化村  Abstract: in order to shake off the poverty cap, China has taken many measures to eliminate poverty.As a sunrise industry, tourism plays an irreplaceable role in the development of poverty alleviation in China, and becomes an effective weapon to promote regional economic development.Guizhou is the province with the largest poverty population, the largest poverty level and the deepest poverty level.In this paper, through the introduction of the role and significance of tourism poverty alleviation, poor areas in our country develop the importance of tourism for poverty alleviation work, according to experts and scholars at home and abroad research results, combining with the relevant theory, tourism poverty alleviation by the methods of literature review, investigation method and inductive analysis method such as Shi Qian county kelao on yao village tourism poverty alleviation and development were investigated.Through kelao on Shi Qian county yao village tourism poverty alleviation and development status quo and existing problems of investigation and analysis, summed up the law of tourism poverty alleviation and development, put forward some targeted and effective countermeasures and Suggestions.
