The main content includes four aspects, first, according to the authors questionnaire survey result and the interview record elaborated our country contemporary female university student employment difficulty the present situation; Secondly, it briefly analyzes the consequences of the employment difficulties of the contemporary female college students; Thirdly, it analyzes the reasons of the employment difficulty of female college students in detail according to the second part and the third part. In view of the reasons put forward in the fourth part, this paper puts forward some concrete measures to solve the employment dilemma of female college students.
