论秘书工作的角色定位 摘要 当前，随着经济社会及现代科技的迅猛发展，秘书人员所面临的挑战越来越多。在新形势下，我们秘书怎样才能更好地承担起参与处理事务和为领导提供服务的职能，真正起到秘书的作用？我认为很重要的一个方面就是要具备正确的角色定位。秘书的角色定位是做好秘书工作的重要保证，在秘书工作中，把握秘书的角色特征，调整秘书的角色定位，注重秘书角色意识的培养，才能更好的开展秘书工作。本文主要研究秘书工作角色定位的实践意义与理论意义。首先分析秘书角色定位中的三个属性，其次研究正确角色定位的指导意义，最后提出正确的秘书角色定位结论。 关键词：秘书；属性；角色定位；职业素养 Abstract At present, with the rapid development of economic society and modern science and technology, the challenges faced by the secretarial staff are more and more.
