PAGE IV PAGE X市养老机构的现状及问题 摘要 21世纪是老龄化时代，中国已于1999年进去老龄化社会，是较早近入老龄化社会的发展中国家之一。六普数据显示，60岁以后上的人口占13.265，其中65岁以上占8.87%，同2000年第五次人口普查相比，比重分别上升2.93和1.91个百分点。当代社会的人口老龄化越来越严重，更具有增速快，高龄化，病残化的现状并将持续很长时间，这样的现状势必给社会造成很大的压力，再加上在中国由于早期的计划生育政策导致大部分家庭结构为为“421”，所以传统的居家养老方式已经不能满足老年人的需求，同时也会给家庭带来负担人口老龄化变化趋势及庞大老年躯体的养老问题已是必须思考的问题。养老服务机构作为社会养老服务体系的重要组成部分，对于我国养老事业的发展，发挥着不可或缺的重要作用。本文对X市养老服务机构发展问题进行了较系统分析，在养老服务机构基本概念类型，以及相关的理论基础上，分析了M区养老机构发展的现状，并进行问卷调查，根据调查的结果对M区养老机构发展存在的问题和原因进行探索，最后根据国内外的相关经验，提出了优化养老服务机构的对策。 关键词：养老机构；老龄化社会；M区  The present situation and problems of X city pension institution.
