创新型中小企业融资难题探究 摘要：中小企业是中国经济发展的不竭动力，是构造市场经济的主体，是促进社会稳定的基础力量。但是融资问题一直是困扰和制约中小企业发展的难题。尽管中国政府在改善中小企业融资困境上出台了不少政策，但收效甚微。在美国次贷危机引发的全世界金融危机的影响下，使得中小企业融资呈现新情况、新问题，融资环境不断恶化，中小企业融资能力持续下降，融资渠道相应减少，甚至出现了大批中小企业由于资金链断裂，纷纷倒闭的现象。在这种环境下，我国中小企业融资面临着更大的挑战，如何解决中小企业融资难问题已成为社会各界日益关注的焦点和热点问题之一。可见在当前形势下，重新探讨中小企业融资难问题关系到中小企业的生死存亡，更加具有重要的现实意义。 关键词：企业；融资；对策   Abstract: In recent years, the development and protection of folk culture tourism resources have achieved certain achievements.
