PAGE PAGE iv plc在电梯中的应用 摘 要 随着经济的飞速发展，现代化程度日益提高，电梯随高层建筑的增多而不断增加，电梯在人们日常生活中也越显重要，成为在各种建筑中重要的运输设备。传统电梯控制是由继电器、接触器构成。它不仅存在着可靠性差、成本高、故障率高等缺点，层数的增加对电梯的安装带来很多不便。所以一种新型的控制系统的设计非常必要。 本文先对电梯系统及PLC作了具体介绍，基于传统电梯的缺点对其进行新的设计。本文设计由 PLC 来实现电梯信号控制，通过VS-616G5变频器对电梯完成调速。构建PLC控制系统及信号控制系统的基本框架，来实现对电梯的控制。完成I/O分配点与PLC的连接，在分析各种电梯系统的软件设计的方案后，对比之下用用梯形图编辑相对比较简单，所以本设计采用梯形图进行设计。对软件流程进行画图，明确程序进行的步骤。最后通过合理的选择和设计对电梯的运行进行改善，使电梯到达较为理想的控制效果。 关键词 电梯/可编程控制器/信号控制  ABSTRACT With the rapid development of economy, modernization degree with increasing of high-rise building, the elevator increased and increases unceasingly, elevator in Peoples Daily life is also more important in all kinds of buildings, become an important transportation equipment. Traditional elevator control is by relays, contactor constitutes. It not only exist poor reliability and the high cost and higher failure rate increase of shortcomings, layer number of elevators installation bring a lot of inconvenience. So a new control system with design is very necessary. This paper first on the elevator system and PLC made specific introduction, based on traditional elevator shortcomings of its new design. This paper designs by PLC to realization of elevator signal control, through to the elevator 616G5 inverter VS - finish speed. Constructing PLC control system and signal control system to achieve the basic framework, elevators control. Finish the I/O distribution point and PLC connection, on the analysis of the system software design scheme, in contrast to use ladder diagram editing is relatively simple, so this design USES the ladder diagram to carry on the design. For software process, clear procedures draw step. Finally the reasonable selection and design of the execution of the improvement of the elevator, which makes elevator arrived at the ideal control effect.
