地铁盾构施工中的安全风险和管控对策

摘要：随着经济的发展，地铁工程的建设也加快了步伐。因为地铁出行的交通方式具有载量大、污染少等优点，已

成为大中型城市解决交通出行问题的主要方式。而城轨交通工程由于投资巨大，因此其风险管理非常重要。地铁

区间隧道盾构施工相比传统施工方式具有很多优势，但盾构施工中也存在一些弊端，如设备投资大等，往往会由

于不确定因素而存在各种风险。近年来，我国地铁工程盾构施工发生多起安全事故，严重威胁了群众生命财产安

全。鉴于此，研究盾构施工安全管理方法是十分必要的。本文查阅相关资料研究地铁盾构施工中安全风险管控对

策，首先阐述地铁盾构施工安全风险管理理论，通过对地铁盾构施工安全风险识别评价，重点总结地铁盾构施工

安全风险管控对策。通过地铁盾构施工安全风险分析管控研究，为地铁工程盾构施工安全管理提供参考。

Abstract：Withthedevelopmentofeconomy，theconstructionofsubwayprojectshasbeenaccelerated.Duetothe

advantagesofheavyloadandlesspollution，subwayhasbecomethemainwaytosolvetheproblemoftransporta－

tioninlargeandmedium-sizedcities.Theriskmanagementisveryimportantbecauseofthehugeinvestmentof

urbanrailtransitproject.Shieldconstructionofmetrotunnelhasmanyadvantagescomparedwithtraditionalcon－

structionmethods，buttherearesomedisadvantagesinshieldconstruction，suchaslargeinvestmentinequip－

ment，andthereareoftenvariousofrisksduetouncertainfactors.Inrecentyears，manysafetyaccidentshaveoc－

curredinshieldconstructionofsubwayengineeringinChina，whichseriouslythreatensthesafetyandpropertyof

people’s.Inviewofthis，itisverynecessarytostudythesafetymanagementmethodofsh
