摘要

伴随着经济的快速提高，国内企业的数量以及规模在不断的增加，对于企业来说，获得利益是他们最终的追求。企业如果想获得更高的效益就必须进行科学化的管理，从成本上进行有效的把控，从而实现企业占据更多的市场份额。但是在实际的工作当中，建设项目成本管理却往往达不到我们想要的结果，例如当项目在设计阶段的时候很少有人会注意到成本，核算的成本是错误的、对于成本不能很好的分配、对于成本的质量不能有效的管控、成本制度管控不完善等。因此，我们不仅要着眼于项目成本控制，而且还必须与其他管理企业紧密合作以确保成本预算，从而真正提高工程项目的成本管理水平。

Abstract

Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofthemarketeconomy,theultimategoalofenterprisemanagementistoobtainmaximumbenefits.ThisrequiresstrengtheningbusinessmanagementTheprimarytaskofenterprisemanagementistoimprovethemarketcompetitivenessofenterprises.Atpresent,enterprisemanagementmustchangefromextensivetofine,goodscientificmanagement,andadherencetoprojectcostmanagementcanachievelong-termstabledevelopmentoftheenterprise.Atpresent,onlythroughtherapidtransformationfromextensivetofineengineeringprojects,therearestillmanyproblemsinthecostmanagementofengineeringconstructionprojects,suchasinsufficientattentiontocostmanagementinthedesignstage,unreasonablecostallocation,andneglectoftheprojectqualityandconstructioncycleManagementandcontrol,lackingacomprehensivecostmanagementsystemwithacombinationofresponsibilitiesandrights.Therefore,notonlyshouldwefocusonprojectcostcontrol,butwemustalsoworkcloselywithothermanagementbusinessestoensurecostbudgetsinordertotrulyimprovethecostmanagementofengineeringprojectsLevel.
