摘要

近年来，随着经济的飞速发展，科技的不断进步，汽车成为人们出行的主要交通工具，因此人们的出行离不开石化产品，在这样的背景下，石化行业蓬勃发展，竞争也越来越激烈，一个石化企业要想在竞争激烈的市场上占领一席之地，做好企业内部的成本管理是必不可少的前提之一。成本管理由一个企业在生产产品，经营商品，出售商品过程中进行的成本决策、成本分析、成本控制以及成本核算等一系列科学管理行为的总称。高效的成本管理有利于企业的生产经营和发展，荣盛石化可以通过完善企业内部成本管理，使企业具有足够的资金进行生产管理，为企业占据市场一席之地获得有利条件；完善企业内部成本管理还可以提高企业的利润，获得更多的收益，为企业产品进行升级换代打下了坚实的基础，对企业的发展有着不可忽视的影响；本文对荣盛石化的成本费用利润率，成本费用率，成本增长率，毛利率等数据进行了分析，通过分析荣盛石化成本管理相关数据，找出荣盛石化成本管理方面存在的问题和不足，并提出建议和解决对策。
