摘要

合同是双方具有约束力的法律文件，是双方履行合同、解决争议的法律依据。因此，它具有书写正式、措辞准确、结构严谨、格式规范的特点。为了正确理解和书写经贸英语合同，我们必须理解和掌握经贸英语合同的词汇特征。本文主要研究经贸合同词汇和特征的作用和效果，使合同内容更加清晰，避免利益纠纷，确保人们在国外经贸活动中实现预期目标。对于经贸英语合同的词汇特征，本文多采用举例分析法，目的在于用实例展现词法的具体特征，突出词法对于双方利益的重要性。本文每个章节按照经贸英语合同结构展开论述，从合同的序言，正文，结尾三方面阐述了旧体词，书面语，礼貌用词，法律用词等经贸合同主要使用词汇的作用及在经贸合同中如何表现，外加大量举例，彰显该论文对词法研究的针对性。然后阐述由本文引出的启发和意义，学习经贸英语合同词法特征不仅有利于合同双方知晓权益，也进一步维护合同双方的权利。
