摘要

当今社会,男性教师是幼儿园必不可少的,也是急需的一股力量。目前,学前教育专业男生培养过程中仍然存在诸多问题，导致他们专业认同感偏低，毕业后也不愿意从事幼教行业。所以，提升学前教育专业男生的专业认同感是本研究的初衷和目的。

本研究主要采用问卷法、访谈法和个案法，对学前教育专业男生的专业认同感进行调查研究。研究共调查了高校60名学前教育专业男生，调查内容主要包括专业定位、专业教育和专业前景三个维度。研究发现，高校学前教育专业的男生专业认同感偏低，分析其原因主要来自社会、学校、个人三大方面。笔者主要从高校、个人两大方面提出相应的解决策略。高校策略包括优化课程设计，强化师资队伍等。学生个人策略包括：能力方面要扬长避短，提升自身专业实力；心态方面要树立教师使命感等。

Intodayssociety,maleteachersareessentialandurgentlyneededinkindergartens.Atpresent,therearestillmanyproblemsinthecultivationprocessofmalestudentsmajoringinpreschooleducation,leadingtotheirlowprofessionalidentityandunwillingnesstoengageinthepreschooleducationindustryaftergraduation.Therefore,enhancingtheprofessionalidentityofboysmajoringinpreschooleducationistheoriginalintentionandpurposeofthisstudy.

Thisstudymainlyusesquestionnaire,interview,andcasestudiestoinvestigatetheprofessionalidentityofmalestudentsmajoringinpreschooleducation.Thestudysurveyedatotalof60malestudentsmajoringinpreschooleducationinuniversities,mainlycoveringthreedimensions:professionalpositioning,professionaleducation,andprofessionalprospects.Researchhasfoundthatmalestudentsmajoringinpreschooleducationinuniversitieshavealowsenseofprofessionalidentity,whichismainlyduetothreemajorfactors:society,school,andindividuals.Theauthormainlyproposescorrespondingsolutionsfromtwoaspects:universitiesandindividuals.Thestrategiesofuniversitiesincludeoptimizingcurriculumdesign,strengtheningtheteachingstaff,andsoon.Studentspersonalstrategiesinclude:enhancingtheirstrengthsandavoidingweaknessesintermsofabilities,andenhancingtheirprofessionalstrength;Intermsofmentality,itisnecessarytoestablishasenseofmissionforteachers.
