小儿感冒咳嗽的家庭护理笔记（Notesonfamilycareforcoldsandcoughsinchildren）小儿感冒咳嗽的家庭护理笔记（Notesonfamilycareforcoldsandcoughsinchildren）(1)coldandwindcough;Symptoms:dilutesputumcolorwhite,foamy,headache,stuffynose,runny,oraccompaniedbychills,chills,nosweat,paletongue,thinwhitefur.Coughverymuchatnight.It’scoldcough.Two)coughduetowindheatevil.Symptoms:thickyellowsputum,noteasytocough,throatpain,thirst,oftenaccompaniedbyfever,headache,dizziness,redtongue,thinyellowtonguecoating.Coughmoreoftenduringthedaythancough(1)drycough;Etiology:duetothelackofmoistureinthewater,autumnandwinteroftenmakepeople’sthroatandnasalcavityhaveasenseofdryness,autumndrynessmoreeasilythroughthemouth,nose,respiratorytractorskinporesandinvasionintothelung,resultingincoughing.Warmdrycough:warmdrycoughisdryandhottype,commonsymptomsofdrycoughwithoutsputum,orasmallamountofphlegm,noteasytocoughup,evenwithvisiblebloodinthesputum,sorethroat,skinandnoseandmouthdry,thirstyupset,sharptonguered,mossthinyellowErgan.Cooldrycoughisdryandcold:thetypeofdisease,cold,feverandheadacheareverylight,stuffynose,throatitchingorpain,cough,expectoration,drymouthandlips,thinwhitefuranddry.Qiulisted,eateverydayfrom1to2,canraiselungdryness,laxative,preventingcough.Inaddition,thereisagoodeffectinrelievingcoughkumquat,everydaycaneat3times,everytime5~6,alsohastheeffectof.(2)phlegmdampcough;Etiology:Children’sgastrointestinalweakness,spleendeficiencycannottransportwaterwet,wetaccumulationofphlegm,obstructionofairwayandcausecoughing.Symptoms:morningcoughphlegmthick,throatgrunt,mayappearchesttightness,shortnessofbreathandothersymptoms.
