摘要

改革开放以来,国外跨国公司的直接投资、特别是跨国公司并购我国上市公司给我国经济带来了很大的变化。国外跨国公司对国有上市公司的成功并购常常对被并购公司的盈利能力产生极大的影响。因此,有必要对并购后的国有上市公司的盈利能力进行分析。本文通过案例分析,建立起普遍适用的盈利能力分析模型,并解释如何应用该模型,从而进一步分析国有上市公司被外商跨国并购后的盈利能力。

盈利能力是指企业在经营管理中获取经济利润的能力。一个企业要想实现持续健康的发展，对经营者来说，最希望的就是能获得更大化的利润。长虹美菱家电公司作为我国早期传统的家电制造商之一，在近些年的发展过程中有着不稳定因素的存在，对此，本文以长虹美菱为研究对象，在对其盈利能力进行深入分析时，不仅可以找出生产经营过程中存在的问题，还可以根据财务指标用以反映和衡量企业的绩效状况及经营业绩，从而提出合理的建议，以促进其企业的良好发展，提高其盈利能力。

Abstract
