摘要

随着国内经济整体进入“二次转型”，企业外部的环境也在不断地发生变化，行业内其他品牌的崛起，材料成本的上涨、国家政策的实施、对外政策的变化以及突发疫情的影响等原因都导致市场竞争日趋激烈，作为老牌家电企业，海尔智家股份有限公司始终在家电领域精耕细作，成长历程具备了我国家电行业随时代发展变迁的烙印，海尔智家不断调整经营模式，提高自身经营业绩，这些在消费升级的变革压力中求新求变求稳的表现都可以在财务数据上找到痕迹，对其财务绩效进行分析有助于总结我国家电企业发展中的经验和教训。

本文对海尔智家的财务绩效进行分析并提出提升对策，首先介绍了研究背景，研究意义，研究内容和研究方法，并且从相关的理论概念，对海尔智家的基本情况、近几年的财务报表数据进行基本分析，结合企业格力电器、美的集团的财务数据，最后总结海尔智家财务绩效方面存在的不足，并针对问题提出相应的提升对策。

Abstract

Withthedomesticeconomyenteringthesecondtransformationasawhole,theexternalenvironmentofenterprisesisconstantlychanging.Theriseofotherbrandsintheindustry,theriseofmaterialcosts,theimplementationofnationalpolicies,thechangeofforeignpoliciesandtheimpactofsuddenepidemicshaveallledtoincreasinglyfiercemarketcompetition.Asanold-fashionedhomeapplianceenterprise,HaierZhijiaCo.,Ltd.hasbeenintensivelycultivatinginthefieldofhomeappliances,anditsgrowthprocesshasbeenbrandedwiththedevelopmentandchangesofChinashomeapplianceindustrywiththetimes.HaierZhijiaconstantlyadjustsitsbusinessmodelandimprovesitsbusinessperformance.Theseperformancesofseekinginnovation,changeandstabilityunderthepressureofconsumptionupgradingcanbefoundinfinancialdata.AnalyzingitsfinancialperformanceishelpfultosummarizetheexperienceandlessonsinthedevelopmentofChinashouseholdapplianceenterprises.

Inthispaper,thefinancialperformanceofHaierZhijiaisanalyzedandcountermeasuresareputforward.Firstly,theresearchbackground,significance,contentsandmethodsareintroduced.Secondly,thebasicsituationofHaierZhijiaandthedataoffinancialstatementsinrecentyearsareanalyzedfromrelevanttheoreticalconcepts.CombinedwiththefinancialdataofGreeElectricandMideaGroup,theshortcomingsofHaierZhijiasfinancialperformancearesummarizedandcorrespondingcountermeasuresareputforward.
