护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗依从性的影响

【摘要】目的：分析护理干预在针对慢性乙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗依从性方面产生的良好作用。方法：选取慢性乙型肝炎患者103例，然后分为“观察”和“对照”两个小组，对照组51人，采取常规护理方法进行护理；观察组52人，在常规护理的基础上进行全面的护理干预，并将两组的临床疗效进行对比。结果：治疗效果方面，观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.2%，比对照组的76.5%要高得多；肝功能改善情况方面，观察组比对照组要好；治疗依从性方面，对照组中有11人不依从治疗，达总人数的21.6%，而观察组只有2人因为经济原因不依从治疗。结论：针对慢性乙型肝炎患者而言，进行全面护理干预，能够取得较好的临床疗效，明显提高了患者的治疗依从性，并大大地减少了患者治疗后复发的情况，有利于患者康复。

【Abstract】ObjectiveToanalyzetheeffectofnursinginterventioningoodproducedforantiviraltreatmentcomplianceaspectsofpatientswithchronichepatitisB.Method103casesofpatientswithchronichepatitisBwereselectedasobjects,pidedthecasesintoobservegroupandcontrolgroup,included51patientsinthecontrolgroup,theywereadoptedwithroutinenursingcare;Therewere52patientsintheobservegroup,theywereadoptedwithcomprehensivenursinginterventionbasedontheroutinenursing,comparedwiththeclinicaltreatmenteffectsofthetwogroups.ResultsInthetreatmenteffects,therewas94.2%totaleffectiverateintheobservegroup,itwasmuchhigherthanthecontrolgroupwhichwas76.5%;Inliverfunctionimprovement,theobservationgroupisbetterthancontrolgroup;Intreatmentcompliance,therewere11patientsnotwillingforthetreatment,itwas21.6%ofthetotalpatients,whiletherewere2patientsnotwillingforthetreatmentfortheeconomicreasonintheobservegroup.Conclusion:ForthepatientswithchronichepatitisB,itwillgetbettertreatmenteffectsinthecomprehensivenursingintervention,whichwillobviouslyimprovethetreatmentcomplianceandgreatlyreducetherelapsesstateofthepatients,itisconducivetotherehabilitationofpatients
