摘要：目的：探讨中医护理干预对肛肠病术后患者便秘的效果观察。方法：随机选取2015年~2017年在医院进行肛肠手术的患者90例作为本次研究的对象，并按照随机数字表的方法，将这组患者随机分为两组，中医组与常规组，中医组的患者采用耳穴贴压、辨证分型以及穴位贴敷等中医方面的护理对患者进行干预。护理结束后，对两组患者的便秘情况进行观察，并统计两组患者对护理的满意度。结果：中医组患者便秘治愈率为82.22%。常规组患者便秘治愈率为64.44%。中医组患者的治愈率明显高于常规组，中医组患者对护理的满意率为86.67%，常规组患者对护理的满意率为66.67%。中医组患者的满意率要明显高于常规组，两组数据的结果差异明显，（P＜0.05），差异在统计学上具有意义。结论：采用中医护理的方法对患者进行干预能够明显提高临床护理的效果，使患者有更低的便秘率，且能够收获到更高的满意度，效果明显，值得在临床上广泛推广以及应用。

Abstract:objective:toinvestigatetheeffectofTCMnursinginterventiononconstipationinpatientswithanaldisease.Methods:randomlyselectedfrom2015~2017,90patientswithanorectalsurgeryatthehospitalastheresearchobject,and,accordingtothemethodofrandomnumbertable,thisgroupofpatientswererandomlypidedintotwogroups,thedoctoroftraditionalChinesemedicinegroupandroutinegroup,Chinesemedicinegroupweretreatedbyauricularapplicationofpressure,aswellasmeridianswereappliedinTCMnursinginterventiononthepatients.Afternursing,theconditionofconstipationinbothgroupswasobserved,andthesatisfactionofnursingwasmeasuredinbothgroups.Results:thecureratewas82.22%.Theincidenceofconstipationwas64.44%intheregulargroup.ThecurerateofpatientsintraditionalChinesemedicinegroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatintheconventionalgroup,andthesatisfactionratewas86.67%forpatientswithtraditionalChinesemedicine,and66.67%forthenormalgroup.Theresultsofthepatientssatisfactionweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseinthetraditionalgroup,andthedifferenceintheresultsofthetwogroupswassignificant(P0.05),andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant.Conclusion:adoptthemethodofTCMnursinginterventionforpatientscanimprovetheeffectofclinicalnursing,thepatientshavealowerrateofconstipation,andcangettoahigherdegreeofsatisfaction,obviously,isw
