Introduction:
ThiscontractismadebetweenPartyAandPartyB,wherePartyAagreestoprovideEnglishlanguageservicestoPartyBinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionssetforthherein.
1.ScopeofServices:
PartyAshallprovidethefollowingEnglishlanguageservicestoPartyB:
1.1.TranslationofwrittenmaterialsfromEnglishto[Inserttargetlanguage]andviceversa;
1.2.Interpretationservicesduringmeetingsandconferences;
1.3.LanguagetrainingforemployeesofPartyB;
1.4.AnyotherEnglishlanguageservicesasmaybeagreeduponbythepartieshereto.
2.ServiceLevels:
PartyAshallprovidetheservicesreferredtoinClause1withahighlevelofqualityandprofessionalism,ensuringthatallmaterialsaretranslatedaccuratelyandtimely,andallinterpretationsareclearandreliable.
3.DurationofContract:
Thiscontractshallcommenceontheeffectivedateandshallcontinueforaperiodof[Insertduration],unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththetermsofthiscontract.
4.FeesandPayment:
4.1.PartyBshallpayPartyAfortheservicesprovidedinaccordancewiththeratesandtermsagreeduponbythepartieshereto;
4.2.Allfeesshallbepaidinfullpriortothecommencementoftheservices;
4.3.Ifanyadditionalservicesarerequiredduringthetermofthiscontract,PartyBshallprovidePartyAwithawrittenrequest,andthepartiesshallagreeuponanadditionalfeeifnecessary.
5.Termination:
Thiscontractmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyheretouponwrittennoticetotheotherparty,providedthatsuchnoticeisgivennolessthan[Insertnoticeperiod]priortothedesiredterminationdate.Termination
