EMPLOYMENTCONTRACT
Thisemploymentcontractismadebetween[EmployersName],hereinafterreferredtoastheEmployer,and[EmployeesName],hereinafterreferredtoastheEmployee.
1.TERMOFEMPLOYMENT
Theemploymentshallcommenceon[CommencementDate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[DurationofEmployment],subjecttoterminationinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthiscontract.
2.POSITIONANDDUTIES
TheEmployeeshallholdthepositionof[PositionHeld],andshallperformsuchdutiesasareassignedtohim/herbytheEmployer.
3.WORKINGHOURSANDSCHEDULE
TheEmployeeshallwork[WorkingHours]perweek,with[BreakTime]forlunchorrest,andshallreportforworkontimeasdesignatedbytheEmployer.
4.SALARYANDBENEFITS
TheEmployeeshallreceiveasalaryof[SalaryAmount]permonth,paidinarrearsonaregularbasis.TheEmployershallalsoprovidetheEmployeewithsuchbenefitsasmaybeagreeduponfromtimetotime,includingbutnotlimitedto[ListofBenefits].
5.HOLIDAYSANDLEAVE
TheEmployeeshallbeentitledtotake[NumberofDays]annualleave,aswellasallpublicholidays.LeaveshallbetakeninaccordancewiththeEmployersleavepolicy.
6.TERMINATIONOFEMPLOYMENT
Theemploymentcontractmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyupongiving[NoticePeriod]daysnoticetotheotherparty.Intheeventofterminationforcause,theEmployermayterminatethecontractimmediatelywithoutnotice.
7.CONFIDENTIALITYANDNON-COMPETITION
TheEmployeeshallkeepconfidentialallconfidentialinformationoftheEmployer,includingbutnotlimitedto[ListofConfidentialInformation].TheEmployeeshallnot,duringthetermofhis/heremploymentorthereafter,engageinanyactivitythatiscompetitivewiththebusinessoftheEmployer.
8.FORCEMAJEURE
TheEmployershallnotbeliableforanyfailuretoperformitsobligationsunderthiscontractdueto
