chemicallytobindtheaggregateparticlesintoasolidmass.Additionalwater,overandabovethatneededforthischemicalreaction,isnecessarytogivethemixturetheworkabilitythatenablesittofilltheformsandsurroundthe
embeddedreinforcingsteelpriortohardening.
