Thisstudyemployscontentanalysisandquantitativeresearchmethods,utilizing

theNVivo20qualitativeanalysistooltocodeinterpretingskills.Itaimstoidentify

keywordsrelatedtointerpretingcompetenciesinthecurriculumhandbooksprovided

ontheofficialwebsitesofeducationalinstitutionsandannotatesentencescontaining

theserelevantkeywords.Finally,abubblechartiscreatedbyusingOrigin(agraphic

tool)toanalyzethedata,aimingtorevealthefeaturesofthecurriculaandthe

underlyingpatternsofcompetenciessettingbehindthem.

Theresearchinthisstudyfindsthat,ingeneral,thematiccompetency,research

competency,andserviceprovisioncompetencyarethemostimportantcompetencies

intheoverallcurriculumsettings.Specifically,first,thecurriculumismarket-oriented

andincludescourseswithhighdemandincommunityforcourtinterpreting,medical

interpreting,andbusinessinterpreting.Second,thecurriculumstructureisdesigned

withlevelsofdifficultyfromaverticalperspective.Third,thecurriculumcontenthas

cross-disciplinarycharacteristics,focusingonfieldssuchasmedicineandcourts.

Fourth,teachingactivitiesarediverse,includingworkshops,interviews,andother
