摘要：基于各类业务对算力与网络指标的需求，结合当前网络流量现状与未来网络流量发展趋势，分析了包含算力业务的路由策略与实现机制，

探索在东数西算场景下，面向业务和算力分布的路由策略。提出了一种基于业务属性与算力资源分布的混合式路由策略，将全国分成若干“算

力区域”，在不同算力区域之间采用集中式路由决策，在算力区域内部采用分布式路由决策。该策略能够提供一种安全、灵活、高效的全局路由

方法。

Abstract:Basedonthedemandofvariousservicesforcomputingpowerandnetworkindicators,combinedwiththecurrentstatusofnet⁃

worktrafficandthefuturetrendsofnetworktrafficdevelopment,theroutingstrategyandimplementationmechanismincludingcomputing

powerbusinessareanalyzed,andtheroutingstrategyorientedtobusinessandcomputingpowerdistributionunderthescenarioofeast-

data-west-computingisexplored.Ahybridroutingstrategybasedonserviceattributesandcomputingpowerresourcedistributionispro⁃

posed,whichdividesthewholeregionintoseveralcomputingpowerregions.Thecentralizedroutingstrategyisadoptedbetweendifferent

computingpowerregions,andthedistributedroutingstrategyisadoptedwithinthecomputingpowerregions.Thehybridroutingstrategy

canprovideasecure,flexible,andefficientoverallroutingstrategy.
