中国式现代化进程中的健康优先发展理念探析

摘要：健康优先发展理念的提出，既是对我国社会主义建设实践的经验总结，也构成了中国式现代化建设目标的基本遵

循，需要厘清新发展阶段人民健康优先的时代价值。依据人口高质量发展导向下全民、全生命周期、全方位的全面健康要求，

从优化供给侧、调节需求侧及运行机制等方面探寻健康治理路径的突破，提升社会健康治理能力与健康水平。

Abstract:TheproposaloftheconceptofhealthprioritydevelopmentisnotonlyasummaryoftheexperienceofChinassocialist

constructionpractice,butalsoconstitutesthebasicadherencetothegoalofChinesepathtomodernization.Itisnecessarytoclarify

theeravalueofpeopleshealthpriorityinthenewdevelopmentstage.Basedonthecomprehensivehealthrequirementsofthewhole

population,theentirelifecycle,andallaspectsundertheguidanceofhigh-qualitypopulationdevelopment,wewillexplore

breakthroughinthepathofhealthgovernancefromoptimizingthesupplyside,regulatingthedemandside,andoperating

mechanism,inordertoenhancesocialhealthgovernancecapabilitiesandhealthlevel.
