#3机组A级检修修前状态评估

秦皇岛发电公司#3机组为汽轮机厂设计制造的

300MW亚临界、中间再热、单轴、双缸、双排汽、凝汽式汽轮

发电机组，型号为N300—16.7/538/538型，共由35级组成。

回热加热系统设有8级非调整抽汽，分别供给三台四台低

加和一台高压除氧器、配有两台汽动给水泵和一台电动给水泵、

两台凝结水泵。锅炉为生产的SG—1025/18.3—M834型亚

临界中间一次再热控制循环炉，炉前布置三台英国泰勒公司

制造的低压头炉水循环泵，炉后尾部布置二台三分仓容克式空气

预热器。锅炉采用正压直吹制粉系统，配置六台ZGM95—G型中

速磨煤机。发电机为电机厂制造的QFSN-300-2型水氢氢冷

却的汽轮发电机，采用无刷励磁方式。增容改造后，装机容量为

320MW。

#3机组自1995年投产以来，共进行了四次大修，一次

大修是2010年。本次检修主要是进行脱硝改造，保证环保指标

合格。

本次检修共策划项目992项，非标技改项目116项。

#3机组由于连续长周期运行，部分设备已达到或超过检修周

期，部分设备状态不良，需通过检修来恢复设备性能，提高设备

可靠性。
