摘要：磁浮列车运行时具有无需接触轨道、速度快、噪音低以及适应性强等独特优势，不仅为国家实施交通强

国战略提供了重要的解决方案，还具有较好的发展潜力与市场前景。因此，文章通过序关系分析法，建立相关指

标体系和多级评价模型，得出对中速磁浮建设项目投资控制影响较大的因素，并结合长沙磁浮快线进行分析。

结果表明：该方法对中速磁浮建设项目投资控制有显著作用，能识别关键影响因素。
