【摘要】慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）是一种常见的可防治的疾病，早期诊断并干预有利于改善病人预后。肺部

CT成像可以对肺密度、气道、血管及体质成分进行定量分析，揭示COPD的表型特征并识别并发疾病，有助于评估

COPD严重程度并对其进行早期干预。就胸部CT定量分析在COPD中的研究进展予以综述。

【Abstract】Chronicobstructivepulmonarydisease(COPD)isacommonandpreventablecondition,andearly

diagnosisandinterventionarecrucialforimprovingpatientoutcomes.PulmonaryCTimagingenablesquantitativeanalysisof

lungdensity,airways,vessels,andbodycomposition,revealingCOPDphenotypesandidentifyingcomorbidities.This

approachaidsinassessingtheseverityofCOPDandfacilitatingearlyintervention.Thisreviewsummarizestheresearch

progressonquantitativechestCTanalysisinCOPD.
