ThisContract(theAgreement)ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date],byandbetween[FullLegalNameofParty1],a[TypeofEntity](hereinafterParty1),and[FullLegalNameofParty2],a[TypeofEntity](hereinafterParty2),collectivelyreferredtoastheParties.
RECITALS
WHEREAS,Party1isengagedinthe[describethenatureofParty1sbusinessoractivity];and
WHEREAS,Party2desirestoengageParty1to[describethenatureoftheservicesorgoodstobeprovided];and
WHEREAS,thePartieswishtosetforththetermsandconditionsunderwhichParty1willprovidetheaforementionedservicesorgoodstoParty2.
NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandpromiseshereincontained,thePartiesagreeasfollows:
1.ScopeofServices/Goods
Party1agreestoprovide[describetheservicesorgoodstobeprovided]toParty2inaccordancewiththetermsandconditionssetforthinthisAgreement.Thescopeofservices/goodsshallinclude,butnotbelimitedto,thefollowing:

2.Term
