现代农业发展背景下中国平菇产业现状及对策研究

摘要：平菇是我国食用菌产业发展的主要品类，也是发展农村经济的重要组成部分，有着重要的经济、社会和生态

价值。为加快推进平菇产业向现代农业转变，提高科技水平，提升经济效益，增强竞争力，针对2010—2022年我国

平菇的生产情况、2013—2022年我国平菇价格波动特征情况、栽培品种情况进行分析，明确产业实际生产现状，把握

市场价格变化趋势，厘清品种资源，指出当前我国平菇产业整体面临的问题，从优化平菇产业布局发展西部市场、筑

牢优质菌种选育、多环节增值延长产业链等方面提出对策和合理化建议。以期实现平菇产业的提质增效、转型升

级，促进平菇产业高质量可持续发展。
