产教融合视阈下高职插画设计课程
三教改革实践探索

摘要：本文研究目的在于通过改革教师、教材、教法三方面，提升课程与产业需求的契合度，培养高素质
插画设计人才。研究方法包括校企深度合作、跨界混编教学团队建设、模块化教材开发、教学方法创新等。
结果显示，改革有效解决了师资力量薄弱、教材内容脱节、教学方法单一等问题。结论指出，产教融合视
域下的三教改革是提升高职插画设计教育质量、促进产业升级转型的关键路径。

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to improve the fit between curriculum and industry demand and
cultivatehigh-qualityillustrationdesigntalentsthroughthereformofteachers,teachingmaterialsand
teachingmethods.Theresearchmethodsincludedeepcooperationbetweenschoolsandenterprises,
cross-boundarymixedteachingteamconstruction,modularteachingmaterialsdevelopment,teaching
methodinnovation,etc.Theresultsshowthatthereformeffectivelysolvestheproblemsofweakteachers,
disjointedcontentofteachingmaterialsandsingleteachingmethods.Theconclusionpointsoutthatthe
threeeducationreformundertheperspectiveoftheintegrationofproductionandeducationisakeypath
toimprovethequalityofillustrationdesigneducationinhighervocationalcollegesandpromoteindustrial
upgradingandtransformation.
