不同年龄段光唇鱼肠道菌群的特异性及群落稳定性分析

摘要：采用16SrRNA高通量测序方法分析了1、12和36月龄光唇鱼肠道菌群特征，发现：变形

菌门（Proteobacteria）和厚壁菌门（Firmicutes）为主要优势菌门，其中变形菌门丰度占比随年龄增长

而增加，厚壁菌门则减少；气单胞菌属（Aeromonas）为共享优势菌属，共享菌群30个，变形菌门、拟杆

菌门（Bacteroidetes）和浮霉菌门（Planctomycetes）是导致年龄差异的关键类群；菌群多样性随年龄

增长，且菌群结构在年龄组内相似但组间存在差异；代谢通路丰度1和12月龄光唇鱼较高而36月

龄较低。可见，光唇鱼肠道菌群具有年龄特异性和群落稳定性，这一结果为健康养殖提供了科学

依据。
