盐酸右美托咪定在老年患者下肢骨折手术中的临床疗效

摘要：目的研究在老年患者下肢骨折手术中使用盐酸右美托咪定所取得的疗效。方法70例下肢骨折手术患者

均来自于淮安市第一人民医院分院，均为2020.1～2022.7期间在本院接受治疗。利用双色球的方式展开分组，

均实施蛛网膜下腔麻醉，红球设为对照组，共计35例，予以重比重布比卡因溶液麻醉，蓝球设为观察组，共有

35例，在此基础上加用盐酸右美托咪定麻醉。观察两组的麻醉药物使用效果。结果术毕即刻时，Rn、Cor、ACTH

检测值对比，均是观察组优于对照组，术后2、6、12、24h时对比Ramsay评分、VAS评分，观察组均较对照组更

优，而术后麻醉不良反应发生率更低，P＜0.05。结论盐酸右美托咪定的应用效果确切，能够促进老年患者下肢

骨折手术的镇静镇痛效果提升，减轻应激反应，安全性较高。

HospitalandweretreatedinourhospitalfromJanuary202toJuly2022.Thepatientsweredividedintogroupsintheway

ofdichromaticsphere,andsubarachnoidanesthesiawascarriedout.Theredspherewassetasthecontrolgroup,witha

totalof35patients,whowereanesthetizedwithheavyproportionbupivacainesolution,andthebluespherewassetasthe

observationgroup,withatotalof35patients.Onthisbasis,dexmedetomidinehydrochloridewasaddedtoanesthesia.
