某院门诊心内科处方点评结果帕累托法分析

【摘要】目的通过调查分析某医院不合理处方情况，提出解决措施，保证患者合理用药。方法

法分析处方不合理的原因。结果经点评后合理处方41313张，不合理处方4483张，处方合理率90.21%，处方不合理率
