养老机构照护者虐待倾向及影响因素分析

摘要：目的了解养老机构照护者虐待倾向现状及影响因素，为制订针对性管理策略预防养老机构照护者虐待行为提供参考。方

性质、照护者月收入、对老年人权益保护法律制度熟悉程度、共情能力、护患关怀互动是养老机构照护者虐待倾向的影响因素（均

P0.05）。结论养老机构照护者存在较高的虐待倾向，养老机构管理者应着力提高照护者的工资待遇，加强其职业技能培训和

法律制度教育，并增强其护惠关怀互动和共情能力，以降低其虐待老年人的风险。

Abstract:ObjectiveToexplorecurrentstatusandfactorsassociatedwithabusetendencyamongcaregiversworkinginnursing

homes,andtoprovidereferencesfordevelopingtargetedmanagementstrategiestopreventabusivebehaviors.MethodsFrom

JanuarytoMay2024,aconveniencesampleof428caregiversfrom13nursinghomesinthreeprovinceswereselected.Surveys

wereconductedusingageneralinformationquestionnaire,theCaregiverAbuseScreenfortheElderly,theEnvironmentSubscale

oftheCaringNurse-PatientInteractionsScale,andtheJeffersonScaleofEmpathy-HealthProfessionals.ResultsAtotalof141

caregiversworkinginnursinghomesexhibitedabusetendency,accountingfor32.94%.Factorsassociatedtheabusetendencyof

caregiversincludedtheinstitutiontype,monthlyincomeofthenursingstaff,familiaritywithlawsprotectingtherightsofoldera-

dults,empathycapacity,andcaringinteractionwithresidents(allPo.05).ConclusionsCaregiversworkinginnursinghomes

havearelativelyhightendencytowardsabuse.Institutionalmanagersshouldfocusonimprovingthesalaryofnursingstaff,enhan-
