急诊脓毒症患者早期集束化救治管理效果评价

速反应团队，设立脓毒症休克复苏单元，构建并运用脓毒症急救模块等。比较两组患者救治效果。结果研究组血乳酸测定、液体

复苏、血培养标本留取、抗生素应用、血管活性药物使用开始时间及住院时间显著短于常规组，患者病死率及住院费用显著低于常

规组（均P0.05）。结论早期集束化救治管理能够缩短脓毒症患者急救治疗措施开始时间及住院时间、降低脓毒症患者病死率

及住院费用，提高救治效果。

Abstract:ObjectiveToexploretheimplementationeffectofearlybundlemanagementintheemergencytreatmentofsepsispa-

tients.MethodsAtotalof390emergencysepsispatientsweredividedintoaconventionalgroup(183cases)andanexperimental

group(207cases)chronologically.Theconventionalgroupreceivedthestandardsepsistreatmentmodel,whiletheexperimental

groupimplementedearlybundlemanagementforsepsis,includingtheestablishmentofasepsisrapidresponseteam,aseptic

shockresuscitationunit,andthedevelopmentandapplicationofasepsisemergencymodule,etc.Thetreatmentoutcomesofthe

twogroupswerecompared.ResultsTheexperimentalgroupshowedsignificantlyshortertimesforbloodlactatemeasurement,fluid

resuscitation,bloodculturecollection,antibioticadministration,vasoactivedruginitiation,andhospitalstaycomparedtothecon-

ventionalgroup,andthemortalityrateandhospitalizationcostsweresignificantlylowerintheexperimentalgroup(allPo.o5).

ConclusionEarlybundlemanagementcanshortentheinitiationtimeofemergencytreatment,reducethelengthofhospitalstay,

andlowerthemortalityrateandhospitaliz
