摘要：目的了解医疗护理员的人文关怀知信行现状及影响因素，为制订医疗护理员人文关怀培训措施提供参考。方法采用便利

员人文关怀知信行水平的影响因素（均P0.05）。结论医疗护理员人文关怀知信行总体处于良好水平，但人文关怀知识方面相

对不足。医疗管理者、培训公司及所在科室应给予相应培训，以提高其人文关怀知信行水平。

Abstract:ObjectiveTounderstandthecurrentstatusandinfluencingfactorsofhumanisticcareknowledge,attitude,andpractice

amongnursingassistants,andtoprovideareferencefordevelopingtrainingmeasuresforhumanisticcare.MethodsAconvenient

samplingmethodwasusedtoselect18lnursingassistantsfromthreehospitalsasthesubjectsofthesurveyfromAugusttoNo-

vember2024.AgeneralinformationquestionnaireandtheKnowledge,AttitudeandPractice(KAP)QuestionnaireonHumanistic

CareforNursingAssistantswereusedfortheinvestigation.ResultsThetotalscoreandthestandardscoresforknowledge,atti-

tude,andbehaviordimensionsoftheKAPQuestionnaireonHumanisticCareforNursingAssistantswere(85.91±4.77),

(82.76±8.64),(84.97±6.43),and(87.76±5.30),respectively.Multiplelinearregressionanalysisshowedthatthelevelof

thehospitalwheretheywork,educationallevel,andfamilylocationareinfluencingfactorsofthelevelofhumanisticcare

knowledge,attitude,andpracticeamongnursingassistants(allPo.05).ConclusionTheoveralllevelofhumanisticcare
