超声在肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎中的诊断价值分析

【摘要】目的分析超声在肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎中的诊断价值。方法收集95例肉芽肿性小

叶性乳腺炎患者的资料进行研究,回顾性分析其超声声像图特征。结果28例抽得出脓液的患者做一

般细菌培养,13例(46.4%)培养出革兰阳性菌,其中10例(35.7%)培养出克罗彭施泰特棒杆菌。肉芽

肿性小叶性乳腺炎患者的超声声像图特征一般表现为低回声(96.8%,92/95)、不规则形(92.6%,88/95)、

边缘不光整(88.4%,84/95),有液性区者多见(72.6%,69/95),病灶可单发或者多发,多发病灶间可有相

通,部分病灶可延伸至皮下。Adler半定量血流分级情况：0级血流者为13.7%(13/95),Ⅰ级血流者为

44.2%(42/95),Ⅱ级血流者为26.3%(25/95),Ⅲ级血流者为15.8%(15/95)。结论超声对肉芽肿性小叶性乳

腺炎的诊断价值较高。
