Abstract:Generativeartificialintelligence,asastrategictechnologyleadingthenewroundofscientific

andtechnologicalrevolutionandindustrialtransformation,extensivelyempowerseconomicandsocialde鄄

velopment.Acceleratingthedevelopmentofgenerativeartificialintelligenceisanimportantenginetopro鄄

motethedevelopmentofnewqualityproductivity.Currently,generativeartificialintelligencefacesrisks

indata,algorithmsandapplications.Improvingthegovernancesystemofgenerativeartificialintelligence

isaninevitablerequirementforachievinghigh鄄qualitydevelopment.Thecollaborativegovernancepathof

generativeartificialintelligencecanbeexploredbyimprovingthelegalandregulatoryframeworkofgener鄄

ativeartificialintelligence,strengtheningthegovernanceofInternetplatform,andinnovatingthesupervi鄄

sionoftrustworthytechnology,therebypromotingtheinnovationofitsgovernancemodels,whichmaya鄄

chieveadynamicbalancebetweenthedevelopmentandsecurityofgenerativeartificialintelligence.
