一种无尾架型叉车平衡重的工装工艺开发

摘要：介绍了一种无尾架型叉车平衡重的加工方式，以及从镗床和钻床转移到卧式加工中心的生产工装工艺开发实践。无尾架型叉车平衡重需要进行钻铣加工，在镗床和钻床加工过程中暴露出加工精度差、生产效率低等问题。卧式加工中心有着高效、高精度等特点，公司引进设备以后将无尾架型叉车平衡重的生产线转移到卧式加工中心以提高产能。加工需要设计工装、吊具及加工步骤，跟踪试制过程以发现改善点，进一步提高产能。这次生产实践为以后的产能提高提供了可借鉴的经验。

Abstract:Thispaperintroducesaprocessingmethodoftailstocklessforkliftcounterweight,whichistransferredfromboringmachineanddrillingmachinetotheproductiontoolingprocessofhorizontalmachiningcenter.Thetailstocklessforkliftcounterweightneedstobedrilledandmilled,whichexposesproblemssuchaspoormachiningaccuracyandlowproductionefficiencyduringtheboringanddrillingprocess.Thehorizontalmachiningcenterhasthecharacteristicsofhighefficiencyandhighprecision.Afterthecompanyintroducedtheequipment,theproductionlineoftailstocklessforkliftcounterweightistransferredtothehorizontalmachiningcentertoincreasetheproductioncapacity.Processingrequiresdesigningtooling,spreadersandprocessingsteps,trackingthetrialproductionprocesstofindimprovementpoints,andfurtherincreaseproductioncapacity.Thisproductionpracticeprovides
