气化煤棚改造分析

以山东晋控明水化工集团有限公司为例

摘要：近年来，随着工业化的不断推进，煤炭作为主要能源之一，在基础化工产业中发挥举足轻重的作用。

随着氮肥退城进园原料结构调整技术改造项目的实施，山东晋控明水化工集团有限公司对整体生产工艺进

行改造，各工段已达到自动化水平，但老气化煤棚已无法满足清洁生产和安全环保要求。本着智能高效、

降低隐患的原则，企业对老气化煤棚进行改造，全面优化煤炭卸车、输送、储存和掺配等单元，以满足生

产需要，提升安全环保效益。
