摘要

工程招投标控制价与工程量清单编制是工程造价管理的两个重要方面，也是计算工程量与工程索赔的重要依据，招投标控

制价是工程招标的最高限价，投标单位在投标时不得超出规定价格，以便为后续工程造价提供依据。论文以华东师范大学

附属张江实验中学综合整新工程为例，探究该工程工程量清单编制情况，并根据项目划分、工程量计算、工程计价、工程

量编制难点，探究工程暂列金额、整体工程单价，实现对总工程的成本模拟，就工程造价问题提出工程造价解决对策，提

高工程量以及招投标控制价控制精度。
