每个岗位确定三个技能等级与相应的薪酬等级;每年根据对员工进行考核的情况进行调整。

总工资由固定的基本工资和浮动的绩效工资两部分组成,分别占总额的65%和35%。

固定部分——基于技能的基本工资65%

年假视为出勤;

每月允许15分钟之内的迟到一次,两次则仅可获出勤奖的一半,三次或以上则无出勤奖;迟到15分钟以上一次即扣发所有全勤奖,两次或者以上则视作旷工。事先履行请假手续者除外,请假须在本工作日规定上班时间之前至少30分钟提出申请并获批准;

鼓励员工有事时使用年假或日常加班调休;每休一次事假扣发50%全勤奖;
